Itinerary:

• Guests usually arrive Friday p.m.— park up their Car.

  • Have a meal and night out in Keswick 

  • Sightsee, shop or cycle first, if early enough

    • Keswick has a superb selection of Outdoor Clothing & Equipment  Shops.
      
      

• Next Morning (Sat) enjoy a substantial Breakfast : 

  • Cereals, toast, Fruit Juice, Tea or coffee 

  • Full English : with locally-made Cumbrian Sausage, Bacon & Free-range organic Eggs, laid by my own Free-range hens etc., 

  • or  Veggie alternative.

  • or  Continental - whatever you prefer to set you up for the ride!
    
    
    

• Collect your Packed Lunch (available for a small extra charge).
  

• Collect C.W.C.R. Guide Book 

  • showing directions + maps (included in the price).
    
    
    

• We will take you & your Bike to Ulverston (Start Point).
  
  

• You cycle back to Keswick from Ulverston (approx. 40 miles ).

  • You can split this journey if you wish - Tel. us to discuss options

  • A popular split point is Grasmere.
    
    
    

• After a refreshing shower and relaxing rest.

  • Head into Town (4 mins walk away) for a meal and a drink.

  • Lots of places to eat with a vast selection of Pubs, Restaurants, Bistros, Cafes,  Indian, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Pizzarias, Fish & chips Take-aways, etc. 
    
    
    

• Next morning (Sunday) - Breakfast.
  

• Collect your Packed Lunch.
  
  

• Set off from Keswick to Carlisle (32 miles).
  
  

• Telephone when you reach Hesket New Market to arrange a collection time from Carlisle.

  • We will come out to a pre-arranged location to collect you and your bike.
    
    
    

• When you return to Keswick 

  • you can either collect your car and depart

  • Or: Have a shower and get changed then depart for home;

  • Or: Stay another night and depart Monday morning 

    • (Any extra nights charged at normal B&B rate)
      
      
      

• **You can if you wish break the Ride up into more days 

  • and stop off at Coniston or Grasmere 

  • We can collect you from whichever stop-over place you decide 

  • and return you to Keswick.

  • Then return your to your "Break-point" the following morning.
