We are a Family-run Guest House, situated in
Keswick, which is in the
Heart
of the Lake District, surrounded by
beautiful countryside, breathtaking scenery,
mountains & Lakes.
Our
mouth-watering, traditional Cumbrian Breakfast will set you up for the
day. We use locally-made Farmhouse Sausage and Fresh Local eggs.
Continental or vegetarian alternatives are available.

heating, constant hot water, en-suite showers, hairdryers &
clock-radio alarms.

We
are situated, in a quiet location, at the bottom
end of the Town Centre. There is an abundance of Pubs
within easy walking distance. (They all do
"Pub Grub")
Cafés, Take-aways and Restaurants
(for those special occasions).
A Fish &
Chip shop is conveniently situated 30yards from
the house. The Bus Station is just a stone's
throw away. A Launderette and Supermarkets are
all very close to the house.
There is an excellent selection of shops,
especially for Outdoor Clothing & Equipment +
all the usual gift & food shops including
a Woolworths + Boots Chemist.
We are
equally close to Open Countryside and less than 10 mins from the Lake, where you can hire a Rowing or Motor Boat; take a
Launch trip round the lake or just walk and enjoy the tranquil
atmosphere of the pure country air.
The Theatre is situated by the lake and has a good selection of plays,
to suit
all tastes. The cinema, leisure pool, parks
(tennis, bowling, children's’ play area)
