We
are an easy 4 minute stroll to Town Centre,
where
there is an abundance of Pubs, [who all do pub grub] + Eating Houses and
Restaurants,
[for those special occasions].
There is an excellent
selection of shops, especially for Outdoor Clothing
& Equipment + all
the usual gift & food shops including a Woolworths, Boots Chemist and
Super Markets. We
are equally close to Open
Countryside and less than
10 mins from the Lake, where you can hire a rowing or motor boat,
take a Launch trip round the
lake or just walk and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the pure country
air.
The Theatre is situated by the lake and has a good selection of
plays,
to suit all tastes.
The cinema, leisure pool, parks [tennis,
bowling, children's’ play area]
+ launderette are all very close to the
house.
